Dry Lining
We carry out all aspects of dry lining.
This includes erecting all standard partition and wall lining types.
We can either assist or carry out complete design responsibility on acoustic & fire performances.
We can provide technical drawings for design development, through to complete layouts CAD drawings.

Suspended Ceilings
We carry out all aspects of all suspended ceilings, internal and external.
This includes plasterboard 
finishes and mineral fibre files, full modular metal tiles, and thermal soffits.
We can assist or have complete design responsibility for specification and performances.
We can provide full modular drawings to reflect co-ordination with M&E setting out.
Plastering
We specialise in all internal plaster finishes whether spray applied or hand trowel finish.
Each tradesman we employ are known for maintaining the highest standards in the industry, and for this they are well remunerated.

Screeding
We carry out wet (flow) screed, and/or sand & cement, plus any BWIC.
We can offer advice in respect of thermal values, drying times, durability.
We own plant used to pump/mix screed on site (if required for a cost saving), and can offer advice at any time if logistics are tight on site.

Rendering
We carry out through colour render and/or traditional sand/cement render to any suitable substrate.
We can offer advice in respect of thermal calcs and building issues.
We are not tied into any preferred supplier, and therefore can offer impartial advice on the system that will benefit with best quality at lowest price (without being swayed by supplier rebates).

Lightweight Steel Frames
We carry out design and build lightweight steel frames, whether it is stand alone frames or infill panels. Pineview are developing ‘Pineview’ Standard details that offer VE options to most project we are involved in.
We have in-house access to the latest software that can be used to calculate structural loads, thermal factors, and indicative setting out to suit external cladding requirements.

Painting
We carry out general decorating finishes to the projects we are appointed to.
Painting originally held a higher % of our turnover than it does today because we only tender for painting works where we are appointed internal finishes contractor.
The benefit to our client is that they have fewer subcontractors and less risk between the integration of trades.

Carpentry & Joinery
We carry out internal timber mouldings such as skirting, architrave’s, window boards etc.
We also supply and fix timber door sets, and timber floor finishes.
That said, we rarely tender these works as packages alone. These works normally form an extension of existing contracts where clients benefit from fewer subcontractors on the project.
